Privacy Policy - Aneman Systems

1. What we collect

When you use our demos (Clinic, Kota, Spaza, Saloon) or WhatsApp us, we collect: Name, phone number, order details, booking time, address for delivery. Admin PINs do NOT collect personal data.

2. Why we collect (POPIA Section 11)

To process your orders/bookings, manage queue, show sales to shop owner, and reply on WhatsApp. No marketing without consent.

3. Where data is stored

Demo systems use LocalStorage on your device (demo only). Real client systems use encrypted Supabase/Firebase in SA/EU. WhatsApp messages stay on WhatsApp.

4. Your rights (POPIA Section 23)

• Right to view what we have about you
• Right to delete — WhatsApp "DELETE MY DATA" and we delete in 24hrs
• Right to object — you can stop using system anytime

5. Data sharing

We never sell data. Only share with shop owner you ordered from to fulfill order.

6. Retention

Demo data auto-deletes after 30 days. Client system data kept as long as you pay for system, then deleted within 7 days of cancellation.
